Management and Program Analyst: US Federal Government: Strategic Planning and Analysis. Planned and conducted complex analytical studies to review the performance of responsible administrative functions to identify problems and approve resource utilization, administrative support, and management effectiveness. Engage in analysis and research in support of capital asset program planning. Analyze specific management and productivity improvement initiatives, monitor implementation, and recommends changes when necessary. Develop proposals to restructure program areas that require redistribution of significant portions of tasks or positions that are distinct but interrelated. Director of Manufacturing: Twenty years of total management experience in beverage and frozen food processing. This spans multiple plant expertise, including ten years at higher management levels overseeing operations in excess of 1,200 employees.
